The first night the shower flooded the whole bathroom. The shower was a infinity shower so no way to stop the flow. The fixed it the next day. The second day the a/c wall unit froze and did not go below 75 degrees. when i asked the staff why didn't they have directions on how to use the air con . They replied that almost all guests ask for that but corporate won't listen to the staff.
Also , it is ridiculous that you get charged $20 charged /credit if you eat in their restarurant and bar. Well I ordered 4 cokes and was charged for them all. They advertise a terrace view and they said it opens at 7-11pm . They never had anybody up there serving drinks or snacks. It is a nice view and they don't accomadate with anything except lawn furniture. So if you want to have a drink and watch the sunset you have to buy a cocktail on the first floor and go up to 3 rd floor.
