We reserve 2 weeks in advance for 8 people and an hour before lunch they tell us that they have an event and that at 4pm we will have to leave. In Barcelona on a Saturday at 1pm, finding a table on a terrace for 8 people is almost impossible. I had been told that the site was expensive xa what they offered but we decided to give it a chance that we have not been able to and given the lack of professionalism shown, I doubt we will give it to them.
