I wish I could leave a 5 star review like so many others, but this companies customer service is some of the worst I have had to deal with.

This company took a very long time to start my install. Every time I spoke to them, they had a different excuse as to what was causing the hold up. When I told them I wanted to cancel, I was informed I would be charged $10,000 to get out of the deal. When the install finally started, the local crew was great. However, unsurprisingly there were issues, and every time Green Solar said someone else was to blame. Now that the system is operational I am still experiencing problems. The monitoring app has not worked in almost a month. When the monitoring app worked, I saw several panels that are producing way less than others. I have contacted Green Solar to discuss possible solutions and for over a month all I get is we are looking into it and will get back to you.

Update 11/26/19:
The day after I posted this review, the company contacted me promising to fix the problems. Waiting to see how it goes.

Update 12/11/19
My monitoring app is working now, but it was the local installer who helped with that not Green Solar. It has been 2 weeks since this company promised to contact me regarding my other issues, and nothing.
