Just bought a large iced coffee from drive-thru because I haven't had one in a while...leave and take a sip - not an ounce on sugar in there. How hard is it to make an iced coffee? The ingredients are simple: coffee, sugar, cream, ice. Not even the first time this place has given me no sugar in my iced coffee. Has probably happened at least 5 times already. I get iced coffees from the McDonald's on Terminal and Main way more often than at this one and they have never once forgotten sugar in my drink. The employees at this location must be perpetually in training.
