have to vent that Sears is horrible with customer service. Had a repairman at the house Friday says it will take 250.00 to fix the washer another repairman shows up to repair the washer on Tuesday and says it will be 550.00 now what is wrong with this picture. Offered me half price if I would sign up for their home appliance warranty 49.95 per month for one year. BAIT AND SWITCH Sounds like it to me. I will never buy another Kenmore product for as long as I live! Spoke with customer service they offered me a 20.00 gift card, what an insult! One of the ladies hung up on me after being asked to speak to a manager and she informed me that managers don't take phone calls...........then what do they do? Buy the way I bought a new washer for 498.00 at Home Depot a GE!!
