We moved into our new house the end of Nov. The ice maker on our new fridge from Sears stopped working on Dec 8th. Today is the 11th service call and numerous phone calls to the service dept. The ice maker is still not working. I have contacted Consumer Protection Agency in Ga where the fridge was purchased and Illinois where Sears is based. I am very unhappy with Sears appliance services. The technicians are bound by Sears red tape. They have done all they can do. It is time for a new fridge since they cannot fix this one.
