Rude and obnoxious service from the senior staff. We ended up waiting for 2 hours for the food. It was delivered to the wrong table, the senior staff member then blamed 2 young teenage staff members, but how they would have found our table when we weren't even given a table number I don't know.
The real kicker though was the attitude. When I asked the senior staff person what the status of our order was I got told "look, we fit you in didn't we".
I don't mind when people make mistakes and apologise, but to have it thrown back in my face was too much.
She then came to deliver the food with a surly attitude and didn't even apologise.
