I would NOT recommend this company

They hired someone to do an estate sell and we could never could get an amount or a receipt of sales. The their guy said that the info got lost and then he wrote a hand receipt for $3,000 for sold items in a million dollar home. Heck the John Deer tractor in the garage should have had value close to that. So we got robbed
Midwest realized they messed up and offered $5000 to keep us quiet
Then they charged the 3 of us siblings a total $1000 a month in fees to manage the monies

My dad would have been so angry if he were alive to see the miss management that occurred.
