I took the swab exam on Friday 28 August 2020. We are September 1 and not only have I not received the result but in the phone call a VERY SERIOUS data entry error was revealed to me: the result that could be linked to mine name (obviously applies to everyone present at the tampon) was wrong. Basically my report code, as it was transcribed, was the one reporting the outcome of another patient. This is what was described to me over the phone without the slightest sense of remorse and guilt, but verbally forcing me to remain calm and be patient even for over a week! Requested several times, it seems that the afternoon is not used to work after 16.00. Now I ask myself: a serious mistake, a considerable waste of time TOTALLY attributable to them ... but do overtime exist in these companies? so to say eh .. instead of working 5 hours they worked 2 more to solve a very serious technical problem is asking too much?
