I am from California and when I was in new York last month I went in for a fitting. It is my very first time buying custom made shirts. The representative was excellent and the job was done quick and easy. At the time I wanted to order a few shirts but they urged me to wait on the first one to check the fit. The shirt fits perfect. I am online now ordering 5 more.
