This is to record our sincere appreciation of the services given by the staff of this office in particular Ms Ana Cakal, who handled a quite complex set of circumstances, involving potential clients for renting our apartment. When the first set were unable to proceed due to personal circumstances, she was able to follow up with the second set and sign them up on the day the present tenant left. All done with tact and diplomacy and most appreciated.
