I had put the exact amount of change into the self...

I had put the exact amount of change into the self service machine and it didn't register it. The member of staff on duty categorically denied that I had and said that the machine said I still owed money. However, did not conduct any kind of investigation to find out if the machine was faulty and as a result I have now overpaid and lost out on my money! I want it back!!
