Congratulations we are in the market to buy a house myself and my wife have emailed , left voice messages on mobiles and even called the office with the receptionist saying we will get a call back regarding 2 properties you have listed but haven't got a response worst agents i have ever delt with .... to the sales manager give your staff a kick in the backside if there is a house listed we like and it's with your agency i will not bother calling i wont get any help thanks to your rubbish service.....
Just an update bought a home from another agent in ballarat the service was impeccable to the manager at PRD Ballarat get rid of your staff....
