All I can say, without making a whole story out of...

All I can say, without making a whole story out of it, is that I wish all animal hospitals and vet practices would be as friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating as them. Dr. Alssaraf (and all the oncology department staff ),was better not only than most of the vets so far,but than human doctors as well.
Regardless on the outcome for my beloved pet, I trust they'll do their best to help her out.
Important note: as my dog was diagnosed with lymphoma( a type of cancer which if left untreated will give you about 2 months with your fur baby), o called every hospital on an area of 100 miles from where I live, and all of them said they're booked, and the earliest they can schedule me would have been about 2 weeks from the diagnose. Well, that would have been too late, as if you decide to do the chemo therapy, it should be started asap. Then I called here, and the receptionist told me the same thing , that they are booked, but she showed concern about my pet and asked me what's wrong with it.when she heard the problem, she put me on a brief hold, and after consulting with the doctor, she gave ma an appointment for the second day. Now that's what I call service and compassion.
