The process of shipping the tapes was easy. The product that we got back was just okay. The DVD's were just in paper sleeves. According to an email, one of my tapes I sent was poor quality, but they never indicated which one. So, it could have been any of them, and they all didn't seem very good quality. I guess you get what you pay for. Cheap price, so cheap quality.
