Warning! I applied for a 1 yr rental almost 2 mont...

Warning! I applied for a 1 yr rental almost 2 months ago for a Rose-Associates run building. I never get any answers to phone calls/e-mails and now that I'm simply trying to get my money back to move on, still no answer! I just want my money back so I can be made whole and move on. Looks like I will need to involve regulatory agencies or the authorities. (Just want my money back in full and will gladly delete this review!)
