Supervisors at RonPak are rude and unprofessional. They do not relate to nor communicate with employees has they should. The Supervisors do not go by the Work Hand Book. They do not keep proper records of employees time sheets for the time they have worked or for the time employees have taken off for their sick time or vacation time nor do they keep up with employees times of vacation or sick that they didnt use. The supervisors need to be more accountable for their actions. Mr Ron Pak should have a better relationship with his employees. Happy employees better production.
