Eusonia, Guarulhos has been full of holes for 10 years, cracked asphalt, I have never seen at least one maintenance on the road, responsibility of "PROGUARU", I would like to know when "PROGUARU" will recap the asphalt or at least plug the holes huge ones that have been around for several years ????
