Absolutely horrible service experience. Delivered two mains but forgot about the third meal which wasn t delivered until about 15 minutes later. Not the kind of service one expects at a place of this stature or price range. We literally had to get out of our seats to ask when the dinner would be delivered and we had to do that twice .No manager came to our table to apologize. This was a birthday dinner with our 95 year old mother. Totally wrecked. We are NYers and eat at all the best restaurants - Marea, Grenouille, Le Benardin, etc. we are appalled at the service we received.
