The service department is slow and undependable. It always takes at least 15 minutes to even get a service advisor on the phone.

They use an automated system to call you and let you know when parts come in because their service advisors are too busy to call customers. If you unsubscribe from their emails then you are automatically unsubscribed from the parts notification.

It took two months to get a pair of front shocks and sway bar bushings replaced.

UPDATE:04/28/2020
They have really improved their service department. They communicate very well and are on top of customer needs. Unfortunately, they now charge a 3% fee if you pay with a credit card.
