I am so happy I callEd John Moore because I got to know Fred! Fred and his assistant arrived right on time, and they were marvelous! They got right to work on my fireplace and found the problem. Moreover, they were Very pleasant and, of course, polite. I m glad that Fred left his card because I will be sure to call for him again if I have any other plumbing or repair needs.
