My partner has been caught up in the BMW EGR scandal, so has been without his car for 6 weeks now. He was originally given a petrol Mokka which BMW refused to change despite returning 30mpg at best. Doing a 60 mile round trip everyday meant his fuel costs went up by about 50%. He rang enterprise Thursday and today was greeted at reception with 2 alternative diesel vehicles. The customer service from the people at the Harrogate branch has been fantastic and something BMW need to learn from!
