I've bought furniture here for more than 15 years ...

I've bought furniture here for more than 15 years and never had a problematic piece of furniture until now. I bought a high end lazy boy and it broke within a month. I agreed to have it fixed or replaced. I had to wait 3 weeks because they have only 1 very nice repairman. I waited another 2 weeks for a new chair. The new chair stripped its reclining mechanism again in less than 3 weeks... waited nearly a month for repair to look again. Several times I explained to customer service I dont want to continue this process over and over where I can only use it for 3 weeks then have to wait 2 months for something repaired or replaced. I was brought to tears twice by rude snarky abusive customer service representatives that refuse to let you talk to management.
I paid $800 for a chair that needs a recall and now I know it will be chair art in my basement.... I'm saddened and offended by the customer service and felt like talking to them was as productive and helpful as our Democrats and Republicans in the white house!!!! So dont worry about how good the warranty is the customer service is inhumane you buy it youre stuck.
