Brought bike in for simple rear tire flat. Was told it would take FIVE days for them to fix. While I understand that they are busy with orders, as my only mode of transportation, five days is simply unacceptable for such a minor issue. I hung up the phone exasperated and determined not to use Trek Tampa again.

Then, to my very pleasant surprise, ten minutes later the technician, Brian, called me back to say he had fixed the tire. Brian said once I told him I only have my bike for transportation, he worked overtime to get it done same day. This review went from 1 star to 5! Great customer service! Thanks!
