If you like an upbeat, fast pace environment this is a wonderful place to work. If you are someone that likes promotions handed to you based off of seniority this might not be the best fit. They believe the best person for the job should get the promotion. I'm someone that values my personal accomplishments and I respect a company that does the same. The basic job was very easy to pick up. When the basic job is easy to pick up it makes for a process that is easy to duplicate.
