Do not buy LG products I had my microwave for 11 months and it broke down. It has been in the shop for 3 months. My oven is having issues and the other day LG said they would call me back in 1 hour so for it s been 5 days. Customer service does not care.I been on the phone with LG for three months. LG tells me they will call me back and don t or they hang up on me or I on hold tell my cell phone battery runs out. I Give LG a Big Fat Zero on Customer Service. LG customer service makes you call about the repairs to the repair shop. I been in customer service for about 20 years I have never told my customer to call the repair shop. Customer should not have to be the third wheel. I will never buy LG again wasted 3000 dollars on appliance suit.
