I repeatedly told them to email me because phone calls are inaccessible to me due to anxiety and hearing loss. When I finally gave up and called them I asked the lady to email me several times and she continued on with the conversation as if I hadn't said anything several times until she very shortly said "please give me this information otherwise the calls will continue." I felt harassed and threatened. It was only at the end of the call when I had given up on getting anything by email that she finally asked if I would like her to email me the instructions. The whole thing was ableist and very upsetting. I am pretty sure that this goes against Consumer Protection Act. I'll be looking into the matter.

I'm noticing that the high reviews are all from companies and low reviews from the people who owe money. I'm not surprised at all, given the way that I was treated.
