If I could give it 0 stars I would. WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I've never written a review on any service experience, so this should be a good indication on just how awful it was. I had my screen repaired by them a few months back and they put a glass protector on it. The glass protector broke, and when I tried to take it off the screen came with it. Now, this could just be a coincidence, but it's definitely a possibility that they did not properly place the screen on correctly and that's why the screen came off with it, which should just never happen. I took it back and instead of replacing it (as they promise with a 1 year warranty) the owner called me a "drunken monkey" and insisted it was my fault. So, desperate for my phone to be replaced I had them fix it (and paid full price) only for the new screen to go completely haywire 30 minutes later. I brought it back the next day and the owner told me it was in no way his fault, and that it must have been me. He said "You mean nothing to me, and I'll only fix this if you admit that I'm doing you a favour." Are you serious? The customer should mean everything to you as you depend on them to keep your business going. The owner is a bully and almost brought me to tears. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever had.
