They made many mistakes, and tried to hide their mistakes by lying to their customer, citing "technical limitations" meaning they did not want to correct their mistakes, and tried to use technical jargon so they wouldn't have to make corrections. They asked for more money to correct their own mistakes. No doubt, they will try and act as the victims in their response, probably stating that we were asking for extra work to be done for free, however, that was not the case. I simply wanted them to correct their mistakes, but they would not. Then they became defence, took my money, did not complete the job, then lied to paypal and facebook users acting as if they did nothing wrong. How can you keep someones money and not finish the job, nor do it correctly. I would highly recommend that you do not use this company at all for any projects. If you do decide to go with this company, I would suggest only paying them once they complete the work, no before. I made that mistake and now they have my money, which they will not return, and they did not complete the job. Please contact me directly if you would like more info about his situation.
