I was the owner of an online store for car products, managed by Bis2Bis and I never imagined that I could regret so much for having hired a service.
After having believed in everything that was promised to me, we signed the contract and everything changed !!!

Communication with employees is terrible, bureaucratic, impersonal, without understanding any of our problems! The impression we have is that we are dealing with a telephone operator telemarketing!

All contract terms become relative on a day-to-day basis. Even the cancellation goes through situations that don't make any sense!

Anyway, among so many dissatisfactions and undue charges, I hope that today I have effectively ended my contract definitively, because when we talk about Bis2Bis, the focus is on sending bills and charges and not leaving the information clear and transparent to customers!

In summary, if you are looking for a one-way partnership, without transparency, without clear communication, with daily surprises in solving problems and especially when the billet arrives, then this is the company for you!

I do not recommend and strongly wish that customers see this complaint, so that they are alerted to the truth and do not fall into the frustration that we have fallen into !!!!!!!!!!
