Aaron is one of the most skilled massage therapists I have ever been treated by. I am a bodyworker myself and am very impressed by his knowledge. I went in with shoulder pain and he kept me very engaged during the session not only about my shoulder, but how all the other parts of my body are related to my shoulder. It is a very cool experience. I left in less pain, AND with very practical advice about how to do things differently in my life to prevent future pain. And it works. I have had many "relaxation massages" that feel great at the time, but the effects are gone in a few days. This is the guy to go to if you are in pain and want it to change for real. It's worth saying that he does all this without giving you a painful deep tissue workover. It really is a massage that feels good and works with the body to make lasting changes. And he has great Youtube videos that show helpful exercises in detail so you don't forget how to do them. I will be seeing Aaron, and referring to him, for years to come I'm sure.
