In times of crisis, one would think everyone would be a team player to help out. My vet called to see if they had my cat's food in stock(my vet is out and manufacturer is) and they were told they had 1 bag left and would save it for me. I drove from Tonawanda to Orchard Park right away, and when getting there staff indicated that no one called and they were not sure what I was talking about. And told me that they don't provide food to people who are not clients. My vet called back and they changed their answer to "no". I drove all that way for no food. Not helpful at all.
