Wassup, home skillet?

Everyone knows about Denny's Build Your Own Slam. To capitalize on customization, they've now added Build Your Own Skillet, starting at only $6.99.

A little something to warm up for the main course, a 1/2 order of nachos.
These were pretty good. The chili was quite tasty. The only thing missing is a dollop of guac, but otherwise a good starter.

My main entree masterpiece consisted of -
Prime rib
2 eggs sunnyside up
Hash Browns
Grilled Onions, fire-roasted bell peppers & onions, jalapenos, grape tomatoes, fresh spinach, pico de gallo with country gravy on the side
Pepper Jack queso

Delicious! The prime rib was tender, the eggs nice and runny. I prefer the welcome crunch of hash browns over red potatoes. The veggies kept things nice & healthy, with the cheese oozingly scrumptious.

I've always been a fan of Denny's skillets and now I have the option of personalizing my very own. Oh yeah, 'cuz I'm a boss! ;p

Service was quick and friendly. Parking in a private lot.

With 20% off coupons in the mail, free bday Grand Slams and now Build Your Own Skillets, it looks like I'll be frequenting Denny's Restaurants a bit more often now.
