Strange hiring practices. The starting rate is very low, but I was willing to take the pay cut in exchange for job experience. Had a very lengthy interview, met nearly everyone in the building, even sat with recruiters to listen to them make calls.
Was called end of the week, asked How do you think your interview went? then was told that I wasn t a candidate for a position. I asked why, was told I didn t have the educational background or experience for nursing recruitment, though I have a bachelors in business management with a concentration in healthcare informatics and am in my RN program currently.
Seems they didn t want anyone with enough experience to ask for more than 30,000 a year. Would be a alright job for kids just out of college, but I would recommend that anyone with education and experience apply elsewhere.
