Extremely poor customer service and a farcical credit card policy. I paid in full for an all-inclusive holiday approx. 11 months ago and the hotel insists on swiping the same credit card on arrival despite the holiday being paid for. This card was cancelled due to fraud issues and is no longer active, so they are going to cancel the original payment and then take another one. It will take several days for a refund to be processed and we must pay again in the meantime. What do you do if you don t have 10k lying around?? Any email queries you send are responded to by an email 'e-concierge' who is basically a battering ram for any email queries. They just fob you off, so management don't have to deal with it. They also take days off, so you must wait up to 3 days for a response depending on what's going on. We haven't even stayed there yet, and we are extremely worried as this resort is not up to par and the customer service is non-existent. They even refused to agree to drop us to another hotel at the end of our stay even though we paid over $7,000 AUD for the gold package!! Also, beware when booking the IT system is rigged so it defaults to USD. Tread carefully with this lot and make sure you read the reviews before going. I didn t, and I know I will pay the price.
