The resort is pretty but had some issues. They have some restaurants in which the food was really good but the portions were ridiculously small. The buffet wasn t very good. The bar in the lobby is always open and the drinks had a decent amount of alcohol in them. Something that I found very very annoying is that the pool bar closed at 5 and the pool it s self closed at 8. It s an adults only resort so why close the pool so early??? My biggest complaint was that my room on the second floor flooded 3 times from heavy rain. When I talked to management about it I got a shoulder shrug and was told that s normal for when it rains . We were never moved to another room or compensated in any way. We didn t even get an apology. Needless to say our stuff got soaked the first time it flooded. We ended up cleaning up our flooded room one of the times because they were so slow to do it. Overall I was really disappointed with our stay.
