Visited this story today and I must say my experience was entirely different from those who reported their visit as horrible. My wife and I were greeted by Lori, she was warm and friendly. We roamed around the store until we found items that suited us (without being followed around the store). Lori's friendly, helpful and eagerness to work with us was key
to our purchase. Great experience!
