Until today I ve had terrific appointments with service advisors when I ve brought a vehicle in for maintenance. Today the advisor was minimally friendly, spent less than minimal time with me, went over nothing about what would be or was done, and twice called me dear. The final factor that made me want to write this is, when I went to pick the car it was parked about quarter of a block from the service department and, although I use a walker I had to ask him to go get it for me. Now I am old and I am disabled, BUT I am a doctor, I am in no way senile, and I am NOT his dear.
