We had emailed & called for 2-3 days to try and get a technician out to provide a quote to replace our complete system - 3 AC/Furnace units in our home and were never called. After the 2 days I followed back up with them to make sure they had received my inquiry, which they did. Set up an appointment for a 11-2 window, was called and told they would let me know once they were on their way. 2:30 called and was told the tech was on the other side of town. No time frame given and only a phone call this morning from the receptionist saying she'd call me back shortly with the time- which she never followed through with. At this point we have just decided to just cancel the whole deal altogether and take our business elsewhere.
