Well, it's definitely a nature preserve! Make sure you wear appropriate footwear if you plan on hiking (seasoned hikers may consider it a stroll) trail around the lake - maybe I shouldn't have worn sandals in retrospect. I definitely was not prepared for this 75 minute trek, even my dog Rocco, who accompanies me almost everywhere I go, was elated when we saw the car in the parking lot!
I'll stick to strolling around the lake at Gedney!
