I moved here from Florida and had a brand new GLA 250. I bought it here for service and to also have the wheels and tires refinished. I made an appointment and dropped my car off the day before. I was told it would take up to three days for my vehicle so I arranged to go out of town. I even communicated that I would not be available for three days. They didn t have my car for a full day and the service rep called me 8 times to pick up my vehicle. Left rude voicemails as if I was ignoring him. So I finally make it back to pick up my vehicle, after returning several phone calls. I ask for my vehicle. I go to the front desk and they say your rep with be right with you. This random man walks up to me, doesn t introduce himself then gets mad when I don t follow him. He literally turns around and says, ya comin? I immediately asked his name and if he was the rep. He didn t shake my hand. He didn t ask me to sit. He didn t go over the specs of my car. Hands me my keys and says someone will bring the car around. Didn t walk me out. Didn t take me to the car. Didn t apologize for all the calls. THEN MY CAR COMES. Normally, you get a free wash with every service. My car was caked in clumps of mud! I have white leather!!! Mud all over the door way. Mud all over the floor mat. There was mud and dirt all in my car. Not plastic floor mats to protect the car. I was so appalled I just left. Later that day I called the rep and of course he wasn t available. I left a voicemail this time and asked him why he was so rude, so condescending and then treated me vehicle like it has no value. The car is brand new. He was very uneducated, unfriendly. Rude, crass. Overall, the service was absolutely dreadful and I was appalled. I m a VIP member and was treated with zero respect and my vehicle wasn t respected either. So I tried to give them another chance. I made an appointment. I get there. I am told they are too busy to help me. It s a service! The person behind the desk said unfortunately we are too busy today to take care of you. I made an appointment for a tybe B service. That s about a 1000$. I just left. I will not be going back.
