I was completely disappointed in this bridal store...

I was completely disappointed in this bridal store from their customer service, to options of dresses, and quality of the bridal dress samples to try on. My experience was this felt like a run down department store that is going out of business and the employees don't like their job. Firstly, the quality of the sample dresses were a bit gross. Some of the dresses we looked at had pit stains, stains in the nipple area, and otherwise just samples that clearly needed to be refreshed and replaced. Based on reviews, I'd thought they would have a huge selection, but their selection all tended to be a similar look (lots of glitz and glamour- sparkles, beads). The "stylist" asked me maybe 2 questions to get an idea of dresses I liked and brought dresses for me to try on. The ones she brought were not what I wanted (because she didn't take more time for me to more fully explain what I was looking for). I tried on a total of 3 dresses and then she said she didn't want to waste my time and that she brought all of the dresses she had for me. And directed us to leave right then! We were shocked! They have a huge selection, and it was like she just decided that I wasn't worth her time for an appointment any longer. We asked to look at flower girl dresses and to get to those, we walked past rows of more dresses I would have liked to try! But I was so disappointed in the store experience and quality of the gowns that I decided I didn't want to give them my business. There are lots of other wonderful bridal boutiques in Atlanta with amazing customer service, have sample dresses in good quality, and a selection of gowns in similar price points. Do not waste your time here!
