I spoke to one of their leasing agents for an hour...

I spoke to one of their leasing agents for an hour to discuss my needs. A week later a customer service rep called to make sure everything was going well. I told him I hadn't heard from the leasing agent in a week and he promised he would follow up.

The next day I received an email from the leasing agent saying "I am working on this...sorry for the delay but we are waiting for a bank to get on board and should save us some money. please give me some time. i'm working this for you." I did not hear anything for 6 weeks and obviously went another direction.

But in the spirit of customer service training I shared my story via email with David Blassingame the managing partner. That was 3 weeks ago and he didn't respond either.
