Did not know they had numbing cream. Did not offer any numbing cream. Painful experience for my 4 yr old daughter.
Had my infant s ears pierced here too. They need to check that their ear-piercing guns are working properly. One of them did not go in smoothly, and caused the earring to bend. Painful experience for her too.
