I was greeted immediately by staff outside the building. They were very courteous throughout my experience. All my questions were answered expertly. The process of trading in my old leased Camry and getting a lease for a new Camry was quick and easy. I was able to leave within about four hours, and that s after having gone on three test drives to figure out what I wanted. I have no complaints and I recommend Toyota of Grand Rapids to anyone and everyone.
