I run a store where these toy cops patrols but never are useful in providing their service. My car gets breaken in ease, there are always lunatics walking around with drugs, idiots peeing on the building glass show case and theif running around inside but these guys are never here to do their only job "Secure the area". They claim they are serious and professional in what they do and when I ask "if so, why does it take over 30 minutes all the time when we call the emergency line? there is suppose to be a security 24 hours on sight and the patrolled area only takes 5 minutes to walk around?". They couldnt answer the question ofcourse since they dont want to come solve the issue because they are nothing but cowards. Their service is to avoid problem and sleep in their mini office at the building. By the way, their mini office is less then 1 minute away from my store. When in need of help, you are alone. These guys are totally useless.
