I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received at Buff Whelan Chevrolet. The service professional (Brian Goethals) who assisted me was polite, professional and customer service oriented. The service center was busy, but I was immediately greeted and quickly attended to. The speed of the repair that was made to my Blazer was impressive-dropped it off on a Thursday morning, got it back the next day. After a very poor service experience at a different Chevrolet service center, my expectations were low, but Buff Whelan FAR exceeded them. No complaints at all.
