Anti-social staff. I've been coming here for years. I took the stiff service for granted, but what I experienced today really beats everything. I came back with a Scheaffer fountain pen because there was a refill in the pen the other way round, when I got home, so no refill was put in the pen. The seller was downright unkind and kept insinuating that I like it
when he himself was clearly confused and said wrong things about which patterns fit. When I then went back to complain in a reasonable tone of voice about the total lack of customer friendliness, I was literally shown the door. Really shocking how antisocial they treat a customer who has been coming for years. I'm not going back, but apparently they don't care. Hopefully, the elderly lady and gentleman can retire soon and people will come to work who understand that customer friendliness is one of the main reasons that we still go to the store at all.
