Recently stayed at the Fairmont Sonoma Inn in the midst of Covid for a friend's wedding, the staff was beyond friendly, professional and following CDC guidelines. Renee made checking in a breeze, and shared the new COVID guidelines, she was even sweet enough the help me zip up my bridesmaid dress. My room was very clean, well sanitized and with a terrace fountain view. I felt very safe during my stay. Outdoor dining at the fairmont was lovely, Walter, Cameron and Susy made for great company while dining alone and checked in multiple times to see if anything more was need. I was even able to have an improtu chat with chef as I was leaving breakfast, a great staff through and through. I really loved the cute bento boxes used for meals, very functional. Shane was so helpful during check out, offered me coffee and was able to get me an extra wine bag. I truly enjoyed my stay, the team at the fairmont truly made you feel safe and comfortable with my stay in the midst of Covid. Looking forward to a return visit soon.
