You hear about the 5 star environment of a Four Seasons but you really need to experience it. Are you paying a premium for staying at such an hotel..? Yes!! But you receive immense value in terms of the guest experience. Ever helpful staff are there as soon as you enter the lobby and continues until you leave. My wife an I were celebrating a wedding anniversary but the purpose of the vacation was pure rest and recuperation. Being mid-March we weren't expecting the steaming and guaranteed summer weather experience and the hotel provided the most comfortable and comforting space during the rainy days. In particular, we felt like King and Queen when in the company of the guest relationship manager, Andreas. Yes, it was his job but his interactions were personal, effortless and deeply genuine (just ask about his mother!). Yes, our first Four Seasons experience but not the last.
